The Union of Workers in the Commerce of Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Tourism and Hospitality of Três Lagoas and Region (SINTHORESTL) is an entity founded in 1999 with the aim of defending the rights of workers in the hotel, gastronomic and tourist sector of Três Lagoas and region.
Our mission:
- Fight for better working conditions for all workers in the category; Defend labor rights and ensure compliance with legislation; Negotiate collective labor agreements that ensure decent wages and fair benefits; Promote the professional qualification of workers; Offer legal and social support for members; Represent the category in forums and debates about the sector.
