Collective Labor Agreement
The collective labor agreement (CCT) is an agreement between a workers' union and an employer's union that establishes working conditions for a specific professional category.
The CCT is an important instrument for collective bargaining, as it allows workers and employers to reach an agreement on issues such as wages, working hours, benefits, health and safety conditions, among others.
The CCT has the force of law and applies to all workers and employers in the professional category represented by the signatory unions.
